Reuse AetherCore’s projects and domain records. Add a document evidence layer that can explain where every proposed value came from. These seven tables are a proposal; no database changes have been applied.
| Proposed table | Responsibility | Initial fields |
|---|---|---|
| document_sources | One logical document in one construction project | id, project_id → projects.id, source_key, title |
| document_revisions | Immutable file identity; revised drawings keep their history | id, project_id, source_id, revision_label, sha256, object_key |
| extraction_runs | One attempt, with durable status and separate promotion outcome | id, project_id, revision_id, extractor_version, status, promotion_result |
| extracted_tables | A detected table and versioned column definitions | id, project_id, run_id, page_number, table_index, column_schema, bbox |
| extracted_rows | Original cell values and evidence coordinates | id, project_id, table_id, row_index, raw_cells, cell_evidence |
| review_decisions | Append-only decision with corrected values and mapping snapshot | id, project_id, row_id, reviewer_id, decision, proposed_values, mapping |
| construction_handoffs | A proposal and its separate service acknowledgement | id, project_id, idempotency_key, payload_hash, status, review_ids, response |
Project membership, drawing revisions, weld records and material traceability stay with the construction service.
Preserve the source revision, table structure and original cells. Review corrections before creating construction data.
The existing extraction endpoint can promote content into Cyclone. Its result must be checked separately from upload success. Explore Cyclone evidence and the sample promotion queue.
This preview maps rows to the existing weld fields. A reviewed-table import service, duplicate checks and an acknowledgement still need implementation.
Construction already forwards documents to POST /api/extract. The caller labels any non-empty response “promoted”; the endpoint can return an error with HTTP 200. Read promoted counts, skipped decisions and errors explicitly before reporting success.
Columns map to AetherCore’s weld register. NPS is a number in inches. Changing a mapping clears this document’s reviews; source values stay intact.
Select a weld to inspect its evidence. Construction records remain unchanged until an authorized service accepts a reviewed handoff.
Review construction handoffThese source excerpts are purpose-made samples. A live intake will need authorized project selection, immutable file revisions and durable extraction jobs.

Sample review note: the intended procedure is WPS-017. This note is illustrative, not an engineering instruction.
This row has been reviewed in this sample session. The procedure contains a letter O. Compare the source and confirm the intended WPS before handoff.Compare the values against the source excerpt, then mark this row reviewed.
